This training will cover the physical\, behavioral\, speech\, and performance indicators of probable alcohol misuse and use of controlled substances. Workplace safety and driving performance issues will be discussed. General confrontational techniques for when drug/alcohol use is suspected will be discussed. This program will help you recognize the signs and symptoms of drug and alcohol use among employees and gives tips for handling different situations. Bonus-prescription medication abuse\, identification\, and signs and symptoms of use will also be discussed.
