DESCRIPTION:We are excited to once again host the 2nd Annual #BlessingBaskets in Irmo!    Thanksgiving is a time for family\, food and gratitude. As a community\, Irmo is generous and giving\, which showed in 2023 with 117 baskets.\n\n\n\nAs the Holiday approaches\, we are aware of many families in the community who are food insecure and who would appreciate your blessings. \n\n \n\nCan you fill a #BlessingBasket or 2 or 10? \n\n\n\nMaybe with your family\, your neighbors\, your co-workers or your church\, you could unite to fulfil the list provided to bring a "Happy Thanksgiving" in Irmo -\n\n\n\nHOW MANY CAN YOU COMMIT TO? \n\n\n\nBetween Irmo Police Department and Irmo school social workers and counselors\, they will gift the baskets to local families in need! \n\nWe will host a "Happy Hour" DROP OFF on Wednesday November 20th from 5:00-8:00pm at Craft and Draft-Irmo\n\n\n\nEVERY BASKET WILL RECEIVE A ticket to our "Blessing Basket" raffle. \n\n\n\nHere is the list of items to fill a #BlessingBasket:\n\n	Laundry basket to hold the goodies (no bags)\n	$15-$20 Gift certificate for Turkey (Publix\, Food Lion\, Aldi)\n	Cans of corn\, green beans and cranberries\n	Boxes of stuffing and mashed potatoes\n	Can/packet of gravy & can of cream of mushroom soup\n	Box of muffin/biscuit mix\n	Nonperishable dessert of your choosing\n	-Extras if you are inclined- additional food\, dog food\, socks\, toys\, toiletries\, games\, laundry detergent etc.\n\nYou are welcome to decorate your basket and add items to decorate a table.
