Once we set sail\, you will be invited to share our picnic dinner of chicken tenders\, potato salad\, baked beans\, coleslaw\, brownie or cookie for dessert and iced tea & lemonade. During this cruise you will hear narration about the Purple Martins\, fact and fiction and the history behind the island itself.\n\n	 You will have the best seat on Lake Murray! The Southern Patriot gives you unobstructed views and as the birds fly over and around the boat\, you will feel like part of the action. Don't forget your camera. You will want to take home your memories of the largest Purple Martin Sanctuary in North America. As we head back to the dock\, kick back with a cool beverage under the Carolina stars while beach music plays in the background. Come be our guest for a fun and relaxing summer evening.\n\n	 We hope to see YOU at the lake!\n\n	\n\n	Join us one evening for a 2 1/2 hour cruise as we head out to Bomb Island where nearly 1 million birds (Purple Martins) hightail it back to the island to settle in and roost for the night. Our standard Purple Martin Cruises go out every Sunday and Monday evening starting July 7th and run through the end of August. \n\n	\n\n	$33.00 Adults        $16.50 Children (4-12 years of age)\n\n	We go out RAIN or SHINE!\n\n	 If our Captain deems it unsafe to sail due to high winds or lightening we will gladly reschedule you for another date. \n\n	All Ticket Sales Are Final
