We will begin stretching for 30 minutes in our FootSavi studio and end with a 30 minute walk. We will be walking through Murraywood shopping center\, the medical park walking path as well as neighborhood streets. We look forward to meeting all of our neighbors. We will get fit together before Memorial Day!
