BeWell Educated: Alzheimer's Caregiver Program

Caring for persons with memory impairment can be overwhelming.  Today, Lutheran Homes offers help for dementia caregivers.  Please join us for our Alzheimer's Caregiver Program to better understand the issues that may arise when caring for someone with dementia.  

This program offers 5 CEU credits for Administrators and 5.5 General Social Work CEU's.  

Lunch is provided.  Please register early as seating is limited.
