Defensive Driving 8 Instructor Course
This new edition of our best-selling defensive driving course includes substantially revised content and training resources, making this the most compelling program for keeping drivers safe on the road. Available in both English and Spanish, the teaching materials are both easy and enjoyable to present, and the program can be customized with local training statutes or a company's fleet rules and regulations. Course length also can be reduced from eight hours to six hours to meet training needs.
Training goal
During this 3-day instructor development course you’ll gain the confidence and knowledge to become an effective DDC instructor for our most comprehensive defensive driving course. This course provides both the technical information you will need to teach DDC 8/6 as well as effective facilitation methods and presentation techniques for teaching adults.
Blended learning opportunities are available for private training center instructor certification and in some cases for public training center instructor certification as well. This offer may vary at some locations. Contact the administering office or NSC Chapter for additional information and availability.
