Table assignments are given out when you arrive no earlier than 4:00pm. You can start decorating your table then. Table size is 6’ x 18’’ – Height 29’’
A white table cloth will be provided, no skirt. You may unload in the front of the Hilton but must park in the side parking lot to leave room for guests.
