time by completing the Pre-registration Questionnaire. To complete the
questionnaire:
Go to www.TheBloodConnection.org
1. Scroll to the middle of the page until you see “TBC eXpress,”
2. Click “Fill Out The Form.”
Remember, donors can only complete this questionnaire on
the blood drive date.
