You're invited to our first Lunch & Learn of the new year! Lisa Minges, General Manager of Health Directions at Lexington Medical Center will be discussing fitness and nutrition basics as well as the benefits of moving more and eating better. A healthy lunch will be available for $10 but you must register in advance
